• Is it legal? The present climate vis-à-vis cannabis in Canada is one of growing tolerance. Since Terry Parker's victory in the Ontario Court of Appeals, the use of therapeutic cannabis has become a question of constitutional rights. With prohibition, an individual who has been prescribed marijuana for medicinal purposes has no legitimate avenue to seek treatment.

• Why is your cannabis so expensive? To assure the best quality and constant supply of therapeutic cannabis and to cover operational costs and our service guarantee, we are obligated to fix a price that is possibly higher than local black-market prices.

Where do you obtain your cannabis? Whenever possible, we'll produce it ourselves, however, to meet current needs, we have access to a network of independent growers across Canada, who share our vision of attending to the legitimate needs of those Canadians who require medicinal marijuana.

• Where do the profits go? All profits go to the Marijuana Foundation to continue the struggle to end marijuana prohibition in Canada. The Foundation will share its profits with other organizations demonstrably committed to the same cause.

• What happens to personal information which I've sent to you? We take all possible precautions to protect the confidentiality of our clients. This information is not accessible on the Internet and at no time, under no circumstances will we share this information with anyone.

• Must I consult a doctor? Yes, you will need to provide us a statement of diagnosis that confirms that your symptoms can be treted with cannabis.

• I am not yet 18 years old but I still suffer from a condition that can be ameliorated through use of therapeutic cannabis? If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian may place an order on your behalf. This will require a sworn declaration from a parent or guardian, and a testimonial letter from a physician. In these exceptional cases, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
